Mission Statement

 

The mission of Another Chance Staffing, Inc. is to provide job placement services for non-violent ex-offenders in York County regardless of their race, color, religion (creed), gender, gender expression, age, national origin (ancestry), disability, marital status, sexual orientation, or military status.

Our Goals are:

 

• To place clients in temporary, temporary to hire and permanent job assignments by helping them make a successful transition from incarceration to employment

• To improve client marketability through mentoring programs and job training

• To solicit employers to hire previously incarcerated workers
